Shipping policy

Free standard shipping over $75

Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders of $75 USD or more shipping to eligible United States addresses, after discounts and before taxes. Other services, destinations, duties, and fees may not qualify.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within 3–5 business days. Weekends, holidays, address verification, product availability, and unusually high order volume may add time. Made-to-order products can begin production shortly after purchase.

Estimated delivery

After dispatch, standard United States delivery is generally estimated at 3–5 business days, and most orders arrive within 7 business days. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Final timing depends on the carrier and destination.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show movement after the label is created.

Addresses and split shipments

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@thebirdhabit.com immediately if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed once production or shipment has begun. An order may arrive in more than one package if items are fulfilled separately.

Delays, loss, and delivery problems

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days or a package appears lost, contact us with your order number. We will review the carrier record and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund under our Refund Policy.

International delivery

International availability, rates, duties, taxes, and import fees will be shown at checkout when supported. The recipient is responsible for import charges unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Available destinations and charges are shown at checkout.

Fulfillment details

Orders are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners. The fulfillment location may vary by product and delivery address. See Materials & Fulfillment for product details.
